Spring Innovation Fund is building and backing new companies that advance animal welfare through technology, science, and venture-scale entrepreneurship.
This general interest form is for people who may be a fit for current or future opportunities across Spring Innovation Fund and the companies launched from its venture studio, including leadership, CTO, product, operations, commercial, engineering, research, or other venture-building roles.
We are especially interested in people with mission alignment, intellectual honesty, grit, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. Relevant backgrounds may include aquaculture, alternative protein, food systems, agtech, animal welfare, effective altruism, biotech, AI, hardware, software, engineering, venture building, commercialization, or startup operations.
