About the role
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing (Paid Social) to join the Growth Marketing team and manage our paid social program. This position plays a key role in customer acquisition efforts and is responsible for strategy, management, optimization, and reporting of the paid social program. Qualified candidates are expected to have extensive experience in the Meta advertising platform, knowledge of digital advertising best practices, and exceptional creative development skills. This role reports to the Sr Director of Growth Marketing and works alongside a paid search marketing manager and offline channels marketing manager.
Responsibilities
Own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition campaigns on paid social media channels including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest.
Drive paid social's creative strategy including ideation, brief writing, post-launch performance analysis, and iteration.
Collaborate with brand team members including videographers, copywriters, and designers to develop creative.
Collaborate with produce and grocery category managers to identify creative storytelling opportunities within the product catalog.
Perform and communicate performance updates and creative insights.
Perform A/B testing to find insights and optimizations.
Stay up-to-date on social media marketing, competitor, and grocery industry trends to identify opportunities and optimizations.
Requirements
4+ years of experience managing paid social media marketing campaigns.
Full mastery of Meta Ads platform, including ad management, reporting, and conversion tracking.
Experience with growth and performance marketing objectives including new customer acquisition and sales.
Experience managing creative development.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to express quantitative data and insights clearly and concisely.
