Help shape the future of Quorn & Cauldron by turning breakthrough ideas into consumer‑loved products.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You’ll manage the end‑to‑end innovation pipeline for the Quorn and Cauldron retail brands, building and executing long‑term roadmaps that align with business, brand and commercial goals. You’ll stay ahead of emerging trends across product, packaging, claims and nutrition whilst identifying and prioritising growth opportunities through insight and market analysis.
The role will involve translating validated concepts into clear product briefs, leading NPD and EPD projects through the Stage Gate process, and coordinating cross‑functional teams across Product Development, Product Supply, Marketing, Commercial and Finance to ensure on‑time and in full delivery. Championing consumer validation, leading testing and research, and translating findings into actionable recommendations, you'll partner closely with Sensory and Consumer Care teams to ensure we deliver winning food.
You’ll also support launch planning, prepare sell‑in materials, align global partners on pipeline opportunities, lead NPD learnings and deliver 3, 9 and 18‑month post‑launch reviews. Budget ownership, agency management and driving effective team collaboration will also play a key part.
The position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely when required.
