Delhaize is looking for a Recruitment Intern to join the Talent Mobility Team at our headquarters in Kobbegem, Asse.
What you will do:
- Assist the Talent Mobility Officers with administrative recruitment tasks
- Screen candidate profiles using internal tools and job requisitions
- Help draft job descriptions and post vacancies
- Actively source candidates on LinkedIn, VDAB, and Indeed
- Contribute to process-improvement projects within the Talent Mobility team
Who you are:
- Final-year Bachelor's or Master's student in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Passionate about recruitment
- Communicative, assertive, and team-oriented
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good working knowledge of the other language; English is a nice-to-have
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with digital tools; ATS experience is a plus but not required
- Organized, curious, and autonomous, able to juggle multiple tasks while respecting deadlines
