Your responsibilities:
- Lead a team of warehouse operators (and logistics staff), motivate them, and conduct individual conversations (motivating, giving feedback, evaluating, adjusting course, etc.)
- Welcome new employees, coordinate their smooth integration, and play a proactive role in employee development
- Create an efficient, cost-conscious schedule
- Track the team's KPIs, analyze them, and develop action plans where needed
- Ensure correct application of all existing operational and support processes (such as safety, hygiene, etc.), continuously question them, and actively contribute to improvement projects
- Communicate with your own team, with other teams within your distribution center, with other departments (e.g. Purchasing, Export), and with external partners (e.g. suppliers)
- Maintain constructive informal contact with social partners as a supervisor

- Given the importance of continuity, you should preferably work full-time (36h/week)
- Willing to work the following schedule: 5 days a week from 4:30am to 12:02pm, with mandatory Saturday work (one rotation day per week with Sunday)
